The Company is committed to providing a safe work environment and to fostering the well-being and health of its employees. This commitment is violated when any Company employee illegally uses drugs on or off the job, comes to work under the influence, distributes or sells drugs in the workplace, or abuses alcohol on the job. The Company has implemented a drug and alcohol policy and conducts a testing program in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and any applicable state or local law.
